Stop the Bleed Training

 STOP THE BLEED® is the result of a collaborative effort led by the American College of Surgeons Committee on Trauma (ACS COT) to bring knowledge of bleeding control to the public.  Using Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) standards for training and military field care, the life-saving potential of early bleeding control establishes the bystander as playing a critical role in saving lives due to severe bleeding.   I was honored to donate these Stop the Bleed kits to my alma mater, St. Mary's Catholic School. Please let me know if you need emergency training and STB kits.

About Us

A Hands-On Educational Approach

Tim Mikeska started his career in EMS in the summer of 1978.  He had a long career as a Field Paramedic, EMS Course Coordinator, Instructor and Examiner.  Taylor Heartsaver was started in 1982 to teach the citizens of his hometown, Taylor Texas  and East Williamson County. Basic Life Support, Heartsaver CPR.   

Certified and Experienced Instructors

Our instructors have years of real-life experience performing CPR and first aid. That's why we are able to offer better quality educational training. 

Administer CPR with Confidence

Our American Heart Association curriculum conforms to current  2020 guidelines. We guarantee you will leave our class with the skills necessary to effectively administer Adult-Child-Infant CPR, AED, and First Aid
